If you have a complaint please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 20 days, please contact Stuart McLean on +61 8 9214 7400 or put your complaint in writing and send to the address noted on this website. CKA is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).  If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with AFCA.  AFCA provides independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
