It is also Glencairn's 'modus operandi' to involve the claims team in the renewal negotiation process in order that clients can benefit first hand from their experience and advice.
Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) From January 2007, Glencairn's international activities and operations were further complimented by it's relationship with HRH. HRH has over 140 offices and is in the top ten brokers globally. Windsor Partners Windsor was established in 1993 and provides 'niche' insurance and reinsurance broking services. Windsor is a registered Lloyd's broker and offers specialist expertise in professional indemnity, marine, liability, sport, aviation, commercial, political, bloodstock and renewable energy. Alexander Forbes Established in the 1930's, Alexander Forbes is one of the world's leading insurance broking firms, and is ranked in the top ten globally. Alexander Forbes heritage and particularly strong presence in Africa provides CKA with unrivaled resources in the African region. Via a network of 28 offices across Africa, Alexander Forbes' experience in servicing the African resource sector compliments CKA's specialist mining expertise. Alexander Forbes's services cross the spectrum of corporate insurance and reinsurance broking, risk management and claims management, in addition to providing CKA with a powerful local service network.
Rowland Bell Rowland Bell Australia is a private company providing independent risk management and loss control advice to clients in Australia and internationally. Established in 1993, Rowland Bell provides a broad range of services to corporate and industrial clients including professional risk management / loss control surveys, loss control training services and development of corporate loss prevention guidelines and standards. Like CKA, Rowland Bell is aware that individual client needs differ and they make every effort to tailor their approach to suit those needs. MYR Consulting CKA partners with MYR to provide a range of enterprise risk management services, which include a close alignment to corporate governance, risk allocation and risk transfer. MYR also provides specific expertise in facilitating workshop based assessments to manage the project risks associated with major resource and infrastructure projects. Drawing on experience across a range of sectors, MYR's consultants work with CKA to provide risk solutions designed to be implemented practically, and embedded within entry level of an organisation's structure. All of MYR's consultants are skilled in the facilitation of workshops and project management to provide an integrated and business relevant approach. Headquartered in Perth, MYR operates internationally across a range of industries. Their approach is based on international standards and incorporates best practice. Hawcroft Consulting International Hawcroft Consulting International's insurance risk surveys systematically define and evaluate critical risks within mining and mine construction industries to ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage these risks, leading to significant reductions in insurance costs and claims. Hawcroft Consulting's insurance risk survey report is recognised as an insurance industry standard. Like CKA, Hawcroft Consulting is committed to building partnerships with clients to develop and implement practical risk control systems based on areas of critical need. Dynamiq Group CKA specialises in managing People Risks. We partner with Dynamiq, an international emergency assistance service, to offer a range of business resilience solutions to our clients. Dynamiq Assist provides risk analysis and reporting, training, risk mitigation and emergency assistance to individuals and organisations working overseas. They provide non-medical evacuation and kidnap and ransom support to 6000 companies and over 150,000 individuals every year. Responsive services include 24/7 worldwide emergency advice and evacuation assistance to clients in need. Dynamiq has security and safety consultants on standby, around the clock, to assist clients with personal or corporate emergencies.
Aurenda One of CKA's specific strengths is assisting its clients manage their People Risks. The management of Workers Compensation costs is a specific part of our strategy. CKA partners with Aurenda to utilise their proven methodology to help achieve this goal. Working in close partnership with some of Western Australia's foremost public and private sector organisations, Aurenda has empowered clients to internally control injuries, claims and costs. Aurenda's clients have consistently achieved significant reductions in claim costs and, following negotiations with CKA, have received dramatic reductions in premiums. Aurenda's point of difference is that they bring knowledge and expertise to CKA's clients, and then progressively infuse it throughout the client's business via training, education, support, guidance and hands-on assistance. Their goal is to progressively improve and enhance internal knowledge and skills so that over time, CKA's clients can incrementally assume great internal ownership and become capable of providing direction for increasingly complex injuries.
Injury Claims Management Injury Claims Management is a specialist consultancy providing expert advice and assistance to employers across four practice areas - injury claims management, workers compensation systems, occupational safety and health and pre-placement health assessment. Injury Claims Management comprises a team of highly qualified and committed consultants who have been implementing strategies resulting in massive savings for their clients over the last decade. CKA works in close partnership with Injury Claims Management as part of our People Risks management strategy. One of Injury Claims Management's services is a mobile pre-placement health assessment service that enables CKA's clients to screen job applicant's health status in the convenience of the workplace. The mobile pre-placement screening service is fast, efficient and tailored to meet each business' needs.
Charles Taylor Adjusting (Bateman Chapman) Charles Taylor Adjusting (Bateman Chapman) provides access to a range of specialist loss adjusting and risk consultancy skills. With a global spread of offices and multi-lingual staff, they are committed to providing their customers with innovative solutions and high expertise support by bringing the best people and blending of disciplines to their clients' loss adjusting and risk consultancy needs.
