General Claims

At Willis CKA we believe in being judged on our results.

This is why we are so proud of the claims success stories we have achieved through focused collaboration with our clients, strategic partners and service providers. These successes have a material impact on our clients and their ongoing business operations, which we never lose sight of. We take a proactive approach, with a unique sense of urgency to provide you with a certainty on the insurance response as quickly as possible so that you can focus on running your business whilst we focus on the insurance claim process.

Willis CKA’s General Claims team is headed by Sarah Wilson - see below.

Account Manager General Claims

Sarah was formerly Claims Manager at SRG Corporate Insurance Brokers and has 9 years experience in managing insurance claims in the Perth and Adelaide markets. Managing claims across all classes of insurance, Sarah vigorously advocates for CKA’s clients, negotiating successful outcomes in a wide range of complex claims.

As your broker, we liaise on your behalf with the insurers, loss adjuster, solicitor, liability investigator, engineer, builder/repairer and all the other parties who provide services in the claim process. We ensure that we understand your business and your individual requirements. We focus on making the claim process fit your needs, rather than the other way round, and connect the claim with your insurance program to ensure you receive the optimum outcome. Rather than relying on insurers’ assessment of cover, we review the policy closely and look to use all available additional benefits, policy extensions, excellent relationships with insurers and service providers and our strong advocacy to get you the best possible final result.

We believe that managing your insurance claim is a fundamental part of our service offering, and for this reason Willis CKA have a claims team of dedicated specialists who are experts in their fields, with over 50 years of combined experience across all classes of insurance. You will have the best resources available to help you with any given claim scenario and your claims manager will work in partnership with your account manager to leverage their combined knowledge of your insurance program and the policy structures to achieve fast, effective claims solutions.
